We're actively recruiting our first Apprentice (target: 2027). You can soon apply via WWOOF USA or Workaway, or by reaching out directly. All applicants complete an NVC (Nonviolent Communication) prerequisite course and authorize a background check as part of onboarding. We provide the NVC course free.

Whether you're here for a workshop weekend or a full season of stewardship — there's a place for you at the table.

  • 3–12 months: structured contribution model
