MKH crosses Fayoumi males over Exchequer Leghorn females: the result is a medium-bodied, heat-adapted pastured bird with the laying capacity of a heritage Leghorn and the disease resistance of an ancient Egyptian breed. No antibiotics.
Expect a 3 to 3.5 lb dressed bird with a flavor profile closer to Label Rouge than anything in a grocery store.
